This tournament, erected as the finishing touch of the women’s season in Europe, has achieved a dizzying list of winners since it became the closing of the Race to Costa del Sol. In the 2020 season, the Danish Emily Kristine Pedersen asked for the double – tournament and Race to Costa del Sol-, to put the rubric to a spectacular year. Last season the tournament was awarded to Carlota Ciganda, thus achieving the only tournament she needed to win in our country, and the order of merit went to the Thai Atthaya Thitikul.
