The Colina del Paraiso complex has started the 2022 season by once again promoting the project that began in 2019 after the health crisis and the pandemic, which forced the complex to maintain a balance between safety and sustainability.
Colina del Paraiso, has adopted the strategy of eliminating single-use plastic and gradually replacing it with other biodegradable or compostablematerials, giving a second life to materials, responsibly managing consumption, reuse and recycling of waste generated during the day a day.
Likewise, the promotion of local purchases, the reduction of food waste and the digitization of processes.
